Book Tickets
Online
Either follow the 'book tickets' links on this website, or book at ticketek.co.nz. You can book up to six events and eight tickets (per event) online (per transaction) with your credit card. An $8.00 Ticketek service fee will be charged per transaction.
You can also choose the EZYticketTM option to print your own tickets at home and pay a lower Ticketek service fee of $5 per transaction.
By Phone
Call 0800 TICKETEK (0800 842 538) to book by phone with your credit card. An $8.50 Ticketek service fee will be charged per transaction.
In Person
Bookings can be made over the counter at any Ticketek outlet nationwide. Find your closest Ticketek agency or box office.
Ticketek service fees for counter bookings:
For performances at that same venue, $2.00 per ticket.
For performances at other venues, $3.00 per ticket.

Important Information
- There are no refunds or exchanges on completed bookings, except as required by law.
- Tickets are subject to availability, and sold on a 'best available' basis at the time of booking.
- If a show is cancelled the ticket price, but not the service fee, will be refunded only if ticket is returned to Ticketek by 31 March 2010.
- The Festival reserves the right to alter without notice any events, prices, programmes and artists. The Festival reserves the right to exclude latecomers or to admit at a suitable point in the performance.
